Better than your website was the rep I spoke with over the phone, Raymond. I was on the fence about buying two dirt bikes from an unknown source but Raymond was pleasant to speak with, and he was knowledgeable. He seemed trustworthy, so I bought two Trailmaster dirt bikes. Thank you to Raymond.

Buying my Lifan Lycan here was a good and smooth experience! I would definitely do it again. N Sunny was a great help with all my questions and he helped resolve two minor issues I had.

One issue was the my state (Indiana) did not accept the Bill of Sale the first time I went to register and title the bike. The agent I dealt with at Indiana Motor Vehicle was being VERY picky about the hand written dollar amount. Sunny and Oscar re-printed my Bill of Sale and got to me QUICKLY! No problem with registration and title the second time.

All in all my buying experience was GREAT!

Picked it up on the 16th from the shipper in excellent shape, put it together and started it and it runs nice! Thank you.

I just got a call from your technical support team.

My problem has been resolved and scooter is running now.

Very suprised at such fast and outstanding service. Bike arrived in near perfect shape. One worn spot on what was a beautiful red stitch seat. Otherwise perfect condition. Assembly was simple and quick.
